Does not see any files on the USB drive

I was tired of my photos making my phone slow and this was the perfect solution. Even though the app crashes, sometimes it still runs pretty good for the major majority of the time. And even has an option for you to lock the folders. 10/10 I actually brought 5 different drives from this company and they all work fine

Why does a photo saving app need your contacts and music? The JD Memory app makes a copy of photos which doesn’t save any or reduce your memory storage.

I would like to have this program backup purchased movies and TV shows that is located in the Apple TV app on iPhone!

I saved a lot of data with the password and now it’s not accepting my password anymore and now I can’t get my data anymore 🤦‍♂️

Each video I need to watch need to choose rates than auto play

Provided a replacement as soon as the original purchased was reported to have issues with iPhone only. Very polite and respectful support.

With app installed on iPhone, the device will not recognize as an external device on my iPhone. Im able to use the device on my imac computer usb connection. It will show up as a external drive. I'm able to upload and download pics and videos on the iMac. But using the connection for iphone, the app wants to back up my device. I can not access the iMac files I had created . The same problem using my Ipad Pro. Note: Item is the JDTC 128GB.

No matter what I do the drive won’t copy one photo! In fact all it does is after I plug it in and agree for it to communicate with it,it loads and jumps to Home Screen of app and back to loading its like in a loop im very upset about this I paid 60$ for a drive that I can’t get to work earlier I was able to back up some photos worked file now it won’t load no matter how long I wait! I read the logs and I’m seeing what’s called a homebuttons.data that keeps coming back even tho I delete it. Is that anything bad? Please help asap
