I would like to have this program backup purchased movies and TV shows that is located in the Apple TV app on iPhone!

I saved a lot of data with the password and now it’s not accepting my password anymore and now I can’t get my data anymore 🤦‍♂️

Each video I need to watch need to choose rates than auto play

Not working 1st plug in error now nothing happens

Provided a replacement as soon as the original purchased was reported to have issues with iPhone only. Very polite and respectful support.

No matter what I do the drive won’t copy one photo! In fact all it does is after I plug it in and agree for it to communicate with it,it loads and jumps to Home Screen of app and back to loading its like in a loop im very upset about this I paid 60$ for a drive that I can’t get to work earlier I was able to back up some photos worked file now it won’t load no matter how long I wait! I read the logs and I’m seeing what’s called a homebuttons.data that keeps coming back even tho I delete it. Is that anything bad? Please help asap

The included manual says to get the full size (256GB in mine) you need to format it as n the computer. I only have/use Windows computers, but it does not state what kind of “Format” is needed? FAT, FAT32, ExFAT??? I have no clue. I also noticed the app has no available to any files Within the iPhones “FILES” app. Please, please make this a dream come true.

I was reading the other reviews and those folks did not read the directions. First, if things don't seem right, it says that you have to flip the plugin because you must match the 3.0 configuration to your plug on one side or the 2.0 on the other side, if you don't have the 3.0 phone or tablet. It is confusing, but older phones and iPads have the 2.0 plug and the newer models (5th gen iPad) use 3.0, so just unplug and turn your Memory usb over then plug in. It works. I never knew they had the different versions for 2.0 to 3.0. Don't give up. This little flash drive does wonders. Read the directions. It will solve everything. I am already impressed by the speed and ease of use after reading the instructions. Makes all the difference in the world. The number of photos someone mentioned, that too, is fully explained to the letter in the instructions. The other reviewers did not read the instructions. Everything does work and very well.

I have been using the software and hardware combination for well over a year on the phone and a multitude of iPads. It is incredibly helpful to synchronize all media onto other Macs or MacBook pros. I am going to try the app a little bit later after running this update to see if it successfully fixed the inability to launch the app.
