Never stores Face ID
Besides the slow load times this app never remembers your Face ID no matter how many times you store it. It resets itself every time.
Glitchy
This app is glitchy. Every time I set up the Face ID for the remote start it’ll work for a few days and then it’ll stop working. Then I’ll try to set up the Face ID again and then it’ll just not let me set it up. Also, when you do go to start the car the app takes forever to load and then you have to shut it down and retry it again . It’s crazy I pay for this because it’s not set up with Siri so that you can just do voice control to start your car. It’s so manual, and other car companies not only don’t charge you to remote start your car, but the tech is better where you can just as your smart device to start it.

Does not work
This app does not work i have been trying to add my vehicle but it will not let me add it and is not helpful in anyway to show you how to use the app.
Unable to use
We have had this vehicle for 3 years, when we first got the vehicle we tried to use the app, nothing but issues, did not work correct, constant log in issues. We have tried the app 3 more times and always the same issues. It is too glitchy, not reliable and poor technical support. Cost of the premium price to use an app that rarely works makes no sense. I have other vehicles that never have app issues but this vehicle app constantly does.
No associated vehicles?
Via Jeep's website, I have my vehicle added and can see info about it, but in this app, logged into the same account, it says I have no vehicles associated with my account, and there does not appear to be a way to add one. Would prefer a native app, but the website will have to do. 😔
App crashes when I try to log in using Google
When I try to log into my mopar account using Google link, app crashes, and then the Google link disappears, never to return without reinstalling the app (not that it matters since it crashes when I click on the link). Also, if I try logging in using email/password, it doesn’t show my vehicle.
No information at all
This app is useless, at least with the uconnect app I can see charging status and update vehicle health. This Jeep app is useless, no charging status anymore and health updates monthly if you’re lucky.
