Sometimes it loads then it does not. It’s slow and just looks and feels a bit amateur.I just took the U connect offer for 66p glad i didn’t pay more than that as it doesn’t work surprise so even when you do pay for it doesn’t work. If you want people to pay over £120 a year it needs to work properly. All I want to do is check location and door locks, the same as most vehicle manufacturers offer for free. But here is the real run, cannot login to the web portal and password no longer recognised, tried to reset pad but not getting emails. Nothing why isn’t it connecting !!! -- Watkins99, 2025-07-21 ### ***-- "Not bad - Room for improved." Having had my EV Avenger since October I’ve had no big issues with the car and love it. However the app is a little basic compared to the Peugeot app on my other car (both Stellantis) so I would have thought they would be similar. 1) Remote functions on the app don’t always work, having to close app down and restart. 2) Face ID resets needing the pin. 3) The cost of Connect Plus is extremely high for the very limited functions. The only things- - Unlock/Lock - AC on/off Yes you can set schedules but this can be done in the car anyway. You need Connect Plus at a cost otherwise the app can’t do anything, so is no use whatsoever. When my trial ran out I couldn’t justify the cost. I have been offered 66p/month for 3 months which I have taken out, and will cancel once it’s run out. This leads me to another issue- Online it states that the cost is: £7.99/pm without navigation, £10.99/pm with Navigation. Avenger Summit (top spec) doesn’t even have navigation, and the only plan it will allow me to choose is £10.99. Even if I could choose the £7.99 I wouldn’t as that’s still too expensive just to be able to lock/unlock. If I could start the car and drive without a key and just my phone then it would be well worth this cost. As it stands I think a price of £1.99 or £2.99 at a push and I think a lot more people would choose to continue using Connect Plus. Lastly when you do turn the A/C on via the app it doesn’t stay on for long. It would be much better if it stayed on until I choose to switch it off. I have a dog and this would be perfect to be able to leave them in the car for short periods. But as time went by the Jeep app was such a constant let down! I don’t understand the Uconnect connection, it’s just kind of complicated things. The app shouldn’t need to redirected or be reconnected to another application service?! And for the life of me why has the Jeep app not reset itself after the car has been serviced?? I keep getting notifications alerts for the car to be serviced?!? And many of the functions on the app don’t work anymore (even though that’s one of the reasons why I took it in for service in the first place) I’ve deleted and reinstalled it many times and it’s still not resetting?!? I can’t locate or connect to the car when it’s charging remotely!?! It doesn’t make sense for an electric car?! That should be the fundamental feature of the app?! Not sure if that’s some extra cost feature (can’t find any info on this)! All my past electric cars had apps for remote controls so that you can see where your car is, when it’s fully charged etc at NO EXTRA COSTS! When it is on charge it says all good not showing the state of charge and there are times at least 5/10 times day where I’ll open the app to check the charge and it doesn’t even appear.
