It took me over 5 minutes just to order products I was already familiar with

I purchased a product on February 1st with a 24-hour delivery promise, but it arrived only on the 4th day. To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong item.

I immediately contacted them via WhatsApp, informing them of the mistake. Their response was simply, "Do not wear it, we will contact you soon." However, I did not receive any follow-up for two days. When I called them, they said they would arrange for a logistics team to pick up the item.

When I inquired about receiving the correct product, they told me I would need to place a new order instead of simply replacing it. I returned their product through the logistics service, but I was given no receipt or proof of pickup. Now, 15 days after my purchase, I have neither the correct product nor any confirmation of when my refund will be processed.

This has been a frustrating experience, with delays, lack of communication, and no transparency regarding my return and refund. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
