航空公司處理方式真的很不妥當 近期因新冠狀病毒而先行取消退票 一開始公告的時間與後面才公告的時間不同 那前面就退票的不就很冤枉？ 真的爛透了 超爛

公告打的不清不楚 想打電話詢問也都沒人接聽 航空公司處理方式真的很差 因為冠狀病毒取消班機 但一開始公告的時間跟後面公告的時間完全不同 手續費2000多也不退 傻眼

訂票程序很讓人⋯⋯⋯
訂票程序很麻煩 訂票說明不夠詳細 應該要設計成不加購行李託運直接跳下一個畫面完成訂票 該詳細說明為什麼在比價網站訂的票價 在按不加購行李託運後會變動價格變貴了 簡化訂票程序
