I discovered Jeni on IFit. I did all her workouts and repeated them multiple times. I could not get enough. I was tired of doing the same series so when I saw that Jeni had her own app full of all of the workouts that I love I had to sign up. JDP is the perfect pace for me. It pushes me past my comfort zone but it’s all doable. I love how it feels like I am working out with my friend!

Jeni not only encourages you and makes workouts fun—she also has deepened my understanding of the mind body connection and my form is better because of it! I now make sure to check in to make sure I am respecting my limits and never feel guilt if I need to modify. She clearly has a passion for fitness and teaching. Her cues are so spot on I can just listen to her the whole time and know exactly what to do. She’s always adding new workouts in different modalities, different time lengths, and the app’s amazing organization makes it easy to always find what you need. I have been a long time fan of JDP since taking her classes via iFit, so when I came across her app I couldn’t resist giving it a try. 

There is so much variety and so many options for workouts, it’s crazy! Whether you want to work on your upper body or lower body, check out some pilates or cardio, or just want a nice relaxing foam roll, it’s all there! 

I can feel the work after every session and I can see and feel the difference in my body thanks to JDP!
