### *---- "App is terrible"
Constant connection problems w app. Appliances are fine but smart capabilities are very weak and unreliable.
-- Soured on JennAir, 2025-07-04

Not a good experience when the first thing you see in the app, the assisted cooking recipes, don’t load and have not loaded in months.
-- Roko, 2025-06-23

### *---- "Appliances"
Adding other Jen air devices to the app does not work
-- AppStore ks, 2025-06-19

### **--- "Oven/Refrigerator/Microwave"
They are all garbage product. Neither one of them work properly and can’t find a service tech to come out to repair the junks!!! Will never buy again…..
-- H######, 2025-06-14

Ice maker dumps too much water and freezes up.

Should have bought a wolf oven. App is junk.
-- johnsongotdicked, 2025-06-01

### *---- "Hard to pair - low functionality once done"
It took no fewer than 5 attempts for the refrigerator and 10 attempts for the range to pair. Then I get them paired and it is like “what did that just get me?”
-- Revelation:6, 2025-06-01

### *---- "Hard to connect"
When the connection is lost it’s very difficult to get it to reconnect. App takes you to an endless loop with no escape. Really stinks.
