I can’t find anywhere on the website or app where I can cancel. Also coaching is no longer automatically included. My other issue is that I’ve had some meals arrive that were messed up with packaging and plastic seal had been torn through. I manage to get a replacement on my first order for the one meal this happened with. It happened with three items on my third order and now I can’t find where on the app to get the replacement. I don’t know if they’ve just hidden it really well or if they removed it since it’s been a while since I needed it. I am smart enough to figure out substitutions, but the *whole point* of buying their food and delivery service is that I shouldn’t have to. That seems like a big failure to me, and entirely preventable.
