The app is useless if it never loads AND IT NEVER LOADS. Not on WiFi, not on LTE, certainly not 4G.
This app is a fantastic idea! I only wish the city would address complaints in a more timely fashion - especially those that pose a safety concern. So keep the app! And step up responders!
This app seems to be written by an 8-grader. Messages section always shows No internet connection. There is no way to follow up on your requests.
Supposedly this is an upgrade to the old platform. Both apps are completely useless. Nobody is monitoring the app or the complaints except for the people making them. Some response. Smh! You're better off dialing 911 to get your issues/complaints resolved. All posts have to be reviewed before being posted, essentially you're being censored. If you write the truth it gets removed before it's even posted. What a waste.
I can't understand how how a municipality could release such a horrible app. Great idea to get feedback from the community but horrible execution in developing an "app"... this is basically a collection of iFrames inside an app.
I've reported multiple issues, and the city is doing nothing to fix them. Don't bother downloading this app.
JC is a leader is gov modernizing itself. Beautiful!
I found out about a free workshop for small businesses on book-keeping through this App. Great resource, I am rsvp-ing for next month's workshop too. I hope more Jersey City people find out about this app and take advantage of what it has to offer.
I've used this app to report several issues in my neighborhood with no follow up or actual resolution by the city. Not sure what the point of having this if nothing actually gets accomplished.
