Good sandwiches and good service
Good sandwiches and good service. I can’t ask for anything else.
Online ordering
I enjoy the subs always fresh, however the purpose of ordering online is so we don't have to wait the personnel's working behind the counter need to be more attentive to the ordering online they put the bags up there with the names facing themselves now customer stand, waiting to see I've been there twice and I've waited 15 minutes after I've gotten there and after the order was supposed you have to ask for any information. They don't seem to wanna come up and ask you what is your name other than that but it could make me not want to go there no more I retired in Service and I'm not looking to pin but when you order online, there's a purpose for that so we don't have to stand and wait. I've been there where I just walked in and my order was. But this is twice now and I was not happy about it.
Promo code do not work
Promo codes never seem to work in the app. And I’m choosing the correct store and active coupon???
Please get a different Gluten Free Roll
I love Jersey Mikes however the Gluten Free roll is extremely dry. I think Udi’s is the brand that is currently being used. The Schar’s bread is so much better. Please consider switching!

My crew over at Jersey Mike always knocks it out of the park! They even go the extra mile because I am allergic to Rosemary, so they make sure to clear everything and they go in the back and they get a special pan and they put paper down on it and they clean everything. They’re just the best. They’re in Buena Park corner of Valleyview and Orangethorpe. Enjoy.!!!!

Customization missing
You can remove existing toppings/cheese but can’t substitute provolone for American for example. Impossible to customize on mobile orders
