Needs A-LOT of improvement
The app looks nice and all, but you don’t get access to all the things that are on the website. Like, for example, there’s no way to find support, you can’t access or manage your addresses and some of the dresses that you see on Instagram don’t show up in the app. For instance, I saw a dress on Instagram and I went to my account on the website to favored it or add it to my wish list. I go to the app and I don’t see it anywhere. I guess the website and the app don’t link up. It’s hard for me to say this, but this app needs a lot of improvement. The app in the website need to be synonymous and not for just placing orders. Also, I saw that there was supposed to be some rewards program, but that’s not mentioned at all in the app. I found out about it, once again, through the website. It’s one thing to have a great product, but what’s the point of having an app if it’s nothing like the website? I’m hoping this is just a beta test for the app and it really improves from here on. Still love the dresses though; just pretty disappointed.
