A poor app that seems more interested in selling you stuff than in being genuinely helpful to the traveller.  The UI is confusing, and too many paths end in a blank screen.  Some significant faults - e.g. the inbox shows as having 1 message, but the message itself isn't visible.  Also some significant design flaws -e.g. why does one need to launch the app to show a boarding pass?  Grown-up airlines use the iPhone wallet, which is much more convenient.

I’m on and IPhone 14 Pro Max latest iOS and latest jet2 app version at the time of this review. Despite being on a fast connection way over 500 Mbps the app fails to populate any content including button labels on the Home Screen and bookings screen. I have killed the app several times to no avail. Please sort this out very inconvenient

Numerous annoying little programming errors that anyone with a year’s worth of programming experience (or just a bit of common sense) should pick up. Someone who ran a software company for 20 years speaking here. Two simple examples: 
If you ask someone for their email address, provide them with the appropriate keyboard below - dot, commercial at and no capitalisation of the first letter 
Don’t make them login from scratch again just because they go to another app to check some details 
Doh!  This is basic stuff. Stop using cheap (and useless) Indian data centres for this work. It inconveniences millions of customers!!
