I’ve been able to go into doctor’s appointments prepared with actual stats to support my claims and help them figure out how to adjust. I have ADHD, so Jetty calling me daily is the only way I’ve been able to keep up with a regular log. There’s also an option to word vomit in the app, and it’ll translate and distill what you say into the statistics and log it for you. No difficult navigation through forms or anything on the app. And the connections it draws are incredible! I realized that a major problem I have is directly connected to missing one of my meds a day before, something I never would have caught on my own. It shows me what actually is working to manage my illnesses and how to replicate that. Amazing app, incredible developers, highly recommend.
