Your advice to others was to check you have the newest version. In just the last hour I have downloaded & deleted this app 3 times with same results - so its deleted for good. I also read where you told someone they must 1st create an account - WHERE?!? You didn't mention where and it loops so fast you can't 'catch' the login field to login or create a brand new account on the app. You DID mention subscription renewal so I assume you were speaking on behalf of the $200 app version. This review, as well as those written regarding the same issue, are written on the free app version.
