Manage your customers, inventory, register sales, layaways, special orders, repairs, reporting, and more from iPad or iPhone. Store data stays synchronized across supported devices through iCloud. Admin, Manager, and Sales users each receive role-based dashboards, tools, and permissions. ## Subscription An active monthly subscription is required. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings. Existing subscribers on eligible original plans keep their current renewal pricing. New subscriptions use the plans below. ## Plans **Basic — $149.99/month** Up to 3 devices **Premium — $199.99/month** Up to 6 devices Includes Customer Messaging, Jewelry & Watch Repair Estimators, and Gold & Silver Buy. ## Getting Started After subscribing, sign in with your store Admin account. New stores can use the optional first-time setup to configure store information, security, and Manager and Sales users. Built-in Help provides guidance for daily workflows, printing, and troubleshooting. ## Features • **Customers** — Profiles, contact information, store credit, purchase history, and Premium customer messaging. • **Inventory** — Manage stock, product details, sourcing, inventory age, barcode/QR scanning, and NIIMBOT jewelry tag printing for B1, M2, and M3 printers. • **Register & Sales** — Open and close the register, track Expected Cash, accept cash, card, check, trade-in, and store credit, apply discounts, issue gift certificates, and print receipts. • **Walk-In Quick Checkout** — Quickly create service tickets for watch batteries, polishing, and customizable walk-in services directly from the Dashboard. • **Layaways** — Manage deposits, payments, balances, pickup, and permitted store-credit cancellations. • **Special Orders** — Track custom and special orders from deposit through completion and pickup. • **Repairs** — Manage intake, services, add-ons, photos, job cards, payments, and pickup. Premium includes Jewelry and Watch Repair Estimators with customizable starting prices that can populate repair tickets. • **Gold & Silver Buy — Premium** — Create quotes for gold, silver, and other items. Complete purchases with customer ID, signature, and a US Letter receipt. Buy transactions do not post to the register. • **Printing** — Print receipts using AirPrint, MUNBYN, or VOLCORA printers.
