## JG Aura 2 Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Unreliable"
JG Speedfit app is unreliable. Stops working every week for hours at a time. It’s also slow and clunky. Avoid!
-- Dominic Torquay, 2025-12-14

### ***-- "Good app but it has its limitations"
I find the app pretty easy to use but occasionally some of the thermostats go off line and therefore it is not possible to change those particular ones… currently the whole system is inaccessible …so June 2025 bug fixes didn’t fix the issue with not being again to log into the App….
-- Miss momo 99, 2025-08-13

### *---- "Not working again."
-2 outside and can’t log into this pile of cr@p to bring the heating on early. Don’t by JG.
-- BlueNose-keep-right-on, 2025-01-10

### *---- "Terrible unreliable app"
Worst app ever. So unreliable, having to contact Salus tech support several times a year due to app failing and not connecting to Thermostats and yes the app is always at fault.
-- Baggyjim, 2024-10-12

### *---- "Rubbish"
The app has logged me out and now won’t recognise a legit login email and password! Utter rubbish! Fix the app!!!
-- 1:4;(5?)6, 2024-10-12

### *---- "Absolute rubbish"
Regularly logs me out and I can’t log back in for days. Very clunky. Jg useless at support. No one gets back.

I have tried with our heating engineer to use a different system and you can’t.

Just absolutely rubbish.
-- wellingborough Travellor, 2024-09-21

### *---- "Not working"
App stoped working, for what every reason I can’t log in.
-- maciejegipt, 2024-04-01

### *---- "It really is the worst app on my phone"
It’s like an app from when iPhones were first launched. So buggy, inappropriate image on loading screen and so unintuitive. Deserves 0 stars.
