This app has everything you need if you are following any Josh Holyfield workout program!
Prior to getting this app I was writing everything down in a notebook and once I started using it I leave my notebook in my gym bag! It will track everything you need from body stats, pictures, your entire work out routines, including practically every exercise you can think of to fit your needs, and more! If you can’t do a certain exercise, no problem, just go to the library of exercises and make a substitution! I love this app...it is helping me achieve my goals in the JH bulk program.
You won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this app and this program! Over the last year I’ve used several different fitness apps (a few significantly expensive ones) and none can compare. Hands down the easiest process syncing my Apple Watch and other health tracking apps I was already using. The programming and content available on the app takes a backseat to none. The capability to correspond with other users and the stat tracking capability is top of the line! Like I said “can’t say enough good things about this app”. I truly have not found any negatives!

I’ve since purchased an additional program from JH Fitness and I am really impressed with the app. It interacts nice with other common fitness trackers (apple health and such). Is easy to use. The only feature I wish it had was the ability to create your own exercise for ones that are available in the App Library. If it had that feature I would rate 5 stars.
