Videos Blocked By Instagram & Facebook
Jibjab provided a link for users to post to social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Each time I posted the video was blocked especially music videos from Sony stating users infringe on its copyright and we were asked to dispute it by stating reasons! Jibjab has to sort this out and not users as we paid to use the application. Funny thing is that occasionally the video was reposted after review of dispute . Unfortunately the fun is already gone as videos reposted by the copyright owner usually came after 10 days. We want to share funny moments with loved ones on birthdays etc and the effect must be immediate. There is no more fun after that.If Sony acknowledges its mistakes after reviewing disputes and allowed it means the action was automatically done.I have emailed Jibjab before about this and the answer was ‘we are working on it’. This is not funny at all JIBJAB😡
