Jiffy just made all their “PRO’s” sign a contract that they will sue it’s pros $5000 for working outside of Jiffy with the customer. For example, your light doesn’t work. I go fix it $190. (Jiffy takes 30%). While I’m there I notice your house is about to go up in flames. There is fire hazards everywhere. I determine your 3 bedroom house needs a complete rewire. This would cost about $11,000 to rewire the whole house. Well if I put it through Jiffy they take $3300. Well now I’m doing that $11,000 at a loss. So now I have to charge $14,300. By the way, it’s still my business insurance that covers my work, not Jiffy, so if you call jiffy for a house wire $14,300. Call me $11,000. I just had 2 jobs where I added the 30% and ripped off the customer. They both agreed to pay. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THAT THIS COMPANY THINKS IT SHOULD GET RICH OFF THE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY DO WORK. I will not sign the $5000 garbage they just sent me. Also I will tell everyone I know about this and hopefully it can make some change JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FROM THE OTHER JIFFY CONTRACTORS APP. THESE MOFOS ARE CROOKED AF AND YOU WILL PAY MORE IF YOU USE THEM. JUST GOOGLE ELECTRICIAN NEAR ME ABD SAVE ME.

I’ve used Jiffy a number of times for odd jobs and projects. I find it comforting to know that they stand behind their trades people, and ensure client happiness. In my most recent experience with Jiffy, we had a cleaning company perform a BBQ cleanup. The work was great and we were happy with the finished product, except for some splatter that stained our railing. The cleaning company came back, apologized profusely and tried to clean it up, but were ultimately unable to. The cleaning company chose not to invoice me, and I reached out to Jiffy customer support for next steps. Customer support removed ALL of my stress. They offered to send another company to help resolve it but by then our deck company had weighed in and let us know that the railing would need to be replaced, approximately $1,000,00. Jiffy customer support provided clarify and explained the process. We had the railing replaced, and the next day Jiffy reimbursed us for the costs. Thank you for supporting your customers when situations such as this arise. Their efforts will ensure that I continue to use this service for any projects going forward!

They are absolute crooks! Years after asking to stop Subscription they continue to bill. They Claim that they will refund and it is an absolute lie! DO USE this Service

I signed up through jiffy so I could get my brick walkway replaced. I got a couple of automatic quotes (probably computer generated) and nobody wanted to come and give me an actual quote. Then I get charged a monthly fee for absolutely no work getting done?!?! No thanks! Jiffy is a scam and a ripoff!

I don’t know how other people faired but I used the service twice and twice ripped off. You just wanna waste time and overcharge me. The first guy tried to charge me $50 for two half cans of $10 spray foam. The second guy wanted to charge me almost $500 to move a light switch from one side of my door to the other.

14 pro. Freezes constantly when trying to type in a service request. Have to go through the website instead.

If you want to spin the wheel of welcoming Jiffy “Pro’s” into you’re home…. Buyer beware. We have had 1 out of 5 experiences go exceptional well. Others not so much. Most recently we had someone come into our home spend over 4 hours trying to install a ceiling fan!! 4 hours!!!!!! He also had another ceiling fan mount to install plus another fan, I cannot imagine how many hours that would of taken. 2 weeks prior we had another pro install the same fan within an hour. That was great and price was fair. I would not recommend Jiffy at all. Your better off paying someone who has a reputable business and reputation then play Jiffy Pro Roulette Two thumbs down 👎👎

Found two great contractors for various tasks and had them completed within a couple of days. No need to waste time searching online and calling 5 different places just to be told it’ll take 2 weeks to come out and another 2 weeks to book a slot to do the work.

Love Jiffy but I have found the user experience in the app lacking. For example, even though it says in the app that Jiffy Pros are qualified in part because of quality ratings, that’s not actually true. I’ve had “Pros” reach out with quotes who have no ratings on their profile. My bigger issue though is no where in the user experience does it tell you that Pros who submit a quote can actually call your cell phone. To be clear: this isn’t after you accept their quote but before you do so and before you agree to work with them. This feels like an overreach and invasion of privacy. Not a fan.
