Are you a service professional or owner of a home services business? It's free to join the Jiffy platform and we're always looking for great new partners! You can start the application process on our website and we'll be in touch. We have a rigorous approval process to ensure that our users are guaranteed a great Jiffy experience.

With the Jiffy Pro app, we've given professionals an easy way to accept and manage their Jiffy jobs while on the road. You can easily see which jobs are available nearby and if it's something you can fulfil, the job is yours! You can also bill out the job on the spot while all the details are still fresh in your mind, and get a receipt before you even leave the appointment.

I applied to be a pro about a year ago. It is almost 1 year and still I am on the wait list. Which is he never mentioned to me. I just talked to him and he is telling me to send me an email about wait list. Why would I want an email from you after a year about wait list? Do you want me to wait another year to get a 25$ job f om you?
Don’t apply here.
He is a liar. 
He is letting you to wait that way you will think he is having a lot of jobs.
I asked him to delete all of my information and hopefully he does.

You will loose money, They think they should have a customer forever or they will charge $5000 to you. Garbage greedy company. Everyone should go to the jiffy for customer app and review bomb it.  Simple fact the customer will pay more through jiffy!!!

Most expensive with very little respect. Freezing accounts but demanding to continue repeat customers without receiving new customers. Horrible company and no respect of anyone. I don’t recommend anyone to ever work with them.

The pro app is great. They do constant updates and always try to work with the pros to ensure the app gets better and more user friendly. Jiffy is amazing for me and my business

### *---- "If you like to be slave and make money for someone it’s for you!"
1. They take away 25-30% of your income, but no responsibility.
2. They charge customers membership fee but when it’s become to job, they also take this discount from your earnings, answer is: if you don’t like wage don’t accept request.
3. You must sleep with your phone to get requests. They gone impossible fast…  until you open app it’s already gone..
4. Also be careful with descriptions, if job includes something what requires license is your problem you accepted!!!!(don’t forget number 3 you have no time to read, because until you read it’s gone)
5. Secret shopping, be aware if you offer something to customer and be careful if you get leads from someone else… if you accept deal from “mystery” customers which wants go try the Jiffy and you by mistake or not offer go directly with you, your account will be suspended like my:)
6. Don’t be professional, if you by description see what specific tolls you need bring you, keep in mind no one will appreciate it. And if you finish your job faster then 1 hour be ready answer why they charge you so much..
7. Be careful with extra parts! Jiffy takes not only 30% from your earnings but from parts to, so keep in mind, you need change more from customers or pay different from your pocket. Or  before billing customers write long letters and ask Jiffy do not change you for parts and don’t forget add receipts to prove you don’t make any extra dollars on parts.

They take 30-40% of the cost of the job depending on your score and you get what’s left over. They also offer customers a jiffy+ discount which they charge the clients a monthly subscription in order to get these discounts and then proceed take that $25 discount from the pros after receiving a monthly payment for the discount. Absolute scam. Not to mention they treat the pros like trash even though they are the ones bringing in the income for the company AND the clients also have the audacity to treat you like garbage because your just a work from a 3rd party company. What a joke. Do better Jiffy. Big L

They take money from hard working pros to give customers that complain about the fees.
Anytime a customer wants a discount they take from what you’ve earned.
Then your rating goes down and you stop getting notifications about jobs because they get sent to the 100% rated pros first which are inside contractors

this app is for people who are happy to be employed with no benefits, no protection, no pay, and everything is your fault. Jiffy doesn't educate the client, and the contractor is left explaining to the client how this is not a unit price job, and its a cost plus type contract, so it costs the customer more in the end, but no one is aware and the contractor takes the L. Save ur time and post some ads yourself.

I'm currently a professional working with Jiffy. It's apparent that their primary focus is on the customers rather than the professionals who do the hard work to build the company. It's unfortunate that they seem to overlook the fact that we, the professionals, are the ones supporting them. Taking a significant 22-28% cut of our overall fee, depending on our rate, is reasonable. However, the lack of advocacy and support for us, compared to the customers, is disappointing and feels unjust.
