This app is crowded with bunch of scammers claiming to self things, wish I could rate no star, they all want payment before delivery which is against the app.

Your customer care service for your clients is terrible. I have sent various emails and messages concerning my transaction that was successful and approved by my bank as successfully sent to your Globus bank account. Nobody has answered or gotten back to me. This has been since 4th of November. 41,199 to Globus bank from gtb for vip advertisement and no one can account for it.

Very slow to response and we’ve been on the same issue for more than a week now after they made a mistake, they have refused to do the needful. Rather turning me around from one place to another. No value for my money, not worth it at all.
