I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for Jimmy John’s. The service is always exceptional, and I love how quickly my orders are prepared. Your team is consistently friendly, and I really enjoy the thoughtfulness behind your promotions.

However, as a vegetarian, I find the menu a bit limited. The veggie sub is tasty, but it can get repetitive since there’s only one option available. Additionally, when subscribing for freebies, I’ve noticed that none of the offers are geared toward vegetarians. This makes it difficult for me to take advantage of the promotions, which diminishes the value of having the app. 

I believe there’s a great opportunity to expand the vegetarian offerings and make the freebies more inclusive. This would certainly encourage more customers like my family to visit more often. Thank you for your wonderful service, and I hope to see more variety for vegetarians in the future!

I order from Jimmy John’s all the time and the app makes it so easy and saves me the trouble or calling, because who likes to call people these days? Haha. LOVE the sandwiches, the brownies are primo, and they always get to me so fast!

This app is great for ordering sandwiches but I am giving 1 star because it is always sending me promotional notifications or letting me know there is a jimmy John’s nearby. I have location settings turned to “only whole using” so I don’t know how it is tracking me and I have the push notifications disabled in the app. But they show up every day.

Just comparing to other restaurants apps n such, have to order $80+ worth of stuff to get a cheap reward that expires quickly, gives you a bunch of deals in the beginning then none. Giving more rewards provides much more incentive to go back, spending $80 and being awarded with a free “desert” or bag of chips isn’t much, especially to people who try to stay away from chips and sweets. Give, more often, better deals on otherwise decently priced sandwiches!

I just ordered to a local JJ that isn’t closest to my house, I know for sure I selected the correct store. There is NO DOUBT that I selected the correct store, but when we went to pickup, nope - was sent to the other store.
