The concept of earning rewards is nice, but corporate seriously needs to review the implementation. At 300 points, you get a free ramen or rice bowl. Every one of their Ramen bowls are at least $15.50 on the menu. Be very careful though, because if you bank points, at 400 they are automatically converted to $15. That’s right, if you don’t use your points before you hit 400, their next tier of “reward” is worth LESS THAN the previous tier. You don’t get any say in the matter, it’s an automatic conversion. Imagine my surprise when I came in wanting to use my points to get my typical Ramen order that costs $17.50, only to find out I didn’t have 438 points anymore, I had 38 or so and a $15 redemption I didn’t want, and I couldn’t get a free Ramen anymore!?! That also means you have to be really careful not to go over 400 in a single purchase if you have less than 300. I treated my family (6 people) to dinner once and got 112 points. You could completely skip over a higher reward without any opportunity to use it. Recommend increasing the auto-redemption to at least $21 ($15.50/300 x 400, rounded up), $25 to make sure more points = more value in all cases, not less. -- US_Atlas, 2025-02-15 ### ***** "Best Ramen in Town" I brought my daughter here for Ramen after seeing it on Good Day SA. This was our first time and it won’t be our last. I ordered the kids meal, which was a perfect amount of ramen, and small rice bowl with chicken, two pieces of fired chicken and fries. My daughter ordered the spicy chicken ramen and said it was the perfect amount of spicy. The atmosphere is good. Music is a little loud for my liking, but I’m old! lol Staff were all friendly and attentive which is appreciated. -- Ms.Compton4, 2025-01-04 ### ****- "Can’t remove toppings" Unable to take off toppings on app, but great food! -- WaffleExplosions, 2024-12-18 ### *---- "Excellent food, Sleezy App" Great food, but the app can sneak extra charge on you. It will show you the bill twice without tip. After you put in your payment info, however, it will try to add on a tip that has gone under the radar. It’s a sleezy move. This is food that is for pick-up, mind you, with no service or waiter/waitress or delivery person involved. -- KarsonKamman, 2024-11-29 ### ***** "i love u" i love jinya love u forevaaa💕💕💕 the best -- stephxyy, 2024-09-08 ### ***** "Love this place" Best ramen place in town, super excited for the new rewards system! -- Birtha16, 2024-06-13 ### *---- "So glitchy" Love Jinya but the app is so glitchy. Never lets me place an order or use my points. Please help me !!! -- Amc15e, 2024-04-25 ### ***-- "Please make available to pay before pickup" Love JINYA! I would eat here more if you all would make it to where I can pay before picking up. I don’t like having to come in and swipe my credit card for a to go order. There should be an option to pay online with credit card the only option is with a gift card. every other restaurant has the option to pay online with a credit card for it to go order. -- PurrpleKisses, 2024-04-05 ### ***** "Ramen Bar" Honestly I’ve only been here once I went with 2 friends last night and it was the best experience I’ve had, The ramen/soup was great, the chocolate mochi were amazing. It is a very nice place to go on a cold night. -- Ømar L, 2024-01-17 [View all JINYA Ramen Bar reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
