Treig app som ikke lar en avbestille tur. Ingen mulighet til og ringe til kundeservice eller sentral. Prøvd og kontakte kundeservice flere ganger på Mail men aldri fått svar. Fremstår som svært useriøst firma.

Kunne hatt flere biler
Cannot register credit card!
Trash! I tried 4 times to register credit card. After approving by bank ID, just stops. I tried both via trip screen and profile section. Both are same.
Dårlig kundeservice
Har aldri opplevd dårlig kundeservice frem til nå.

Worst app ever!!
Lokketid, umulig å få tak i kundeservice
Lokker med 5 minutter ventetid, i realiteten 20 min. Ser på kartet at taxien holder på med en annen tur. Kan bare kansellere gjennom å ringe kundeservice, men den knappen funker ikke i appen. Telefonnummer ikke å oppdrive på Google. Sleipt, bruker ikke igjen.
Fooled
Installed the app. The live map looked rather promising with plenty of black cars floating around in the neighbourhood. Once I had entered the trip details and confirmed the order, they all vanished. And no indication as to how long the wait would be.
Svindel: Taxi kommer ikke men kort belastes likevel
Forsøkt JIP to ganger nå. Begge gangene har taxien ikke dukket opp mens kortet likevel blir belastet. Mildt sagt provoserende å få spørsmålet «Hvordan var turen» i appen når man står og venter på taxien som ikke kommer. I tillegg svarer ikke kundeservice på e-post. I beste fall er de som driver JIP inkompetente og udugelige, i verste fall er de svindlere. STYR UNNA!
Elendig tidsberegning
Jeg bestilte en taxi natt til en torsdag kl 2, og fikk beskjed om at det var 7 min til taxien kom. Etter 45 min og to telefoner til kundeservice var taxien enda ikke kommet, og jeg fikk et anslag på 5-10 min til bilen kom. Til slutt måtte jeg ta beina fatt.
Ustabil
Fungerer ofte bra. Men irriterende ofte er det problemer med betaling og feil beskjeder om status på taxi
