Tried to do a bug report from within the app but couldn’t find the option to. The iOS app is crashing when transitioning the status of tickets in a dashboard.

The issues should always be sorted by priority in every view. Instead they are all sorted only by issue number. 

Backlog doesn’t show sub tasks beneath each task. It should.

There is no tree view of all Epics/Tasks/Subtasks. It is needed. 

Why is the velocity report in a prominent location? There are many other views that are higher priority than this.

Not bad. Not great. Too much of the wrong low-priority information. In the end, there is too much “noise” information in this app.

App constantly needs a new release and every time it does you have to hope that it works. Currently I select “update app” and it takes me to the play store. Which tells me the app is up to date and only option is to open the app. Repeat steps… Even when I uninstall and reinstall the same symptoms exists. This is now the 3rd time I have dealt with this nonsense and I rely very heavily on this major app to work for my JSM clients who are 24/7 support. App is great when it works but with constant new releases you're always playing with fire. I get the idea of agile and sprint planning but QC is virtually nowhere in the equation with normal smoke tests like the app launching properly after new release is installed.
