The app was on a decline for the last half of 2023, when they released an update I thought that may be why they didn’t fix any of the bugs, because they were developing a new app. I was wrong. All that changed was the look. All of the old bugs still exists but now even more bugs are present. The app is useless in its current state. If the bugs aren’t fixed soon I will be deleting the app.

Cool app if you were to access all features and edit.

The app looks nice but I’ve experienced problems that make it unusable. It will crash when opening to a new page, and when trying to sign up for a tournament I hit a dead end. When I try to enter information such as weight category, an empty menu appears with nothing to select.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this app has been so consistently disappointing that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. The core idea of the app is promising, but its execution leaves a lot to be desired. The app is plagued with technical issues and bugs.

I liked this app when it worked.. I can’t even see how many people that are in my division anymore..

Back to the drawing board with this App.

This app is trash. I’m not sure who’s profile picture it gave my account but it’s not me and it’s the same one as on the website. When I tried to change it, the app crashed. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app so many times but it’s basically useless. I haven’t been able to search divisions in months because the options don’t work. Anything I’d want to use the app for doesn’t work so I end up having to use the website anyway. The website isn’t much better when it comes to functionality

App is very glitchy and none of the videos ever show up.

This is a review on the app and the tournament. The app used to be good now hardly works. But the other issue I had is that this is my 3rd JJWL tournament I’ve competed in. And they would always send an email letting you know the doors open at 7:15am and weigh ins are at 7:30am. They failed to send this email. When I went in at 9:20am I was turned away saying they aren’t doing weigh ins for my division yet. So I wasted time, gas, and money. If you are going to change something like that you NEED to send a email. Especially since we come from all over the city and state to do this tournament.

Continuously booting me when trying to register. Phone and app are both updated. Still doing this even after updates. App is trash.
