Jiva Health is a comprehensive weight management program. We take the guesswork out of losing weight. We create an individualized weight loss program based on blood tests, hormone evaluation, electrocardiograms, Gut Biome analysis, sleep testing, and metabolic testing. Based on your individual metabolic profile, we tailor eating and activity plan and recommend a custom combination of micro-nutrients, vitamins, prescription weight loss medications that help boost your metabolism and energy while reducing your fat mass.
 
About your app:

The JivaHealth application adds on to our JivaHealth Medically Managed Weight Loss program.

The application allows you to track your calories and macros as well as enable you to remotely communicate with our doctors, virtually weigh-in and gain access to helpful resources that complement the program.


App Functionalities include:
