## JJ Kavanagh & Sons Reviews in Ireland

### *---- "Horrible tracking and bus service"
Route 139 is always late by about 20-40 minutes when the entire route is around 60 minutes. Traffic can’t be the issue as this is the issue at all times of the day. The live tracking on the app doesn’t work properly and is shown wrong. If you want to go from Blanchardstown to Naas you have to look at the tracking from Naas to Blanchardstown. It’s straight up reversed. I have emailed customer service many times over the years and got no more than an automated response with no change.
-- jan-woj, 2026-06-11

### *---- "Awful bus service"
With a student/young adult card a 40 minute return journey will run you €8. Today the bus took a “detour” away from the route I payed for and had us sitting at a different stop for upwards of 25 minutes. Great value!
-- A trash mammle, 2025-09-16

### *---- "Fake realtime"
I got the app after the company started leaving qr codes for the app on my usual bus stops saying the live departures are now available for my usual bus route 139. The realtime is just a countdown to the expected time not an actual live feed of where the bus is it seems. Very frustrating.
-- PolishGuy6298, 2025-04-01

### *---- "still waiting on a bus"
i’ve been standing outside kilcullen bus stop for the last 3 years waiting on my bus any chance of it showing up 👍
-- leviticus cornwall, 2025-03-21

### *---- "Terrible app"
It’s just not accurate at all for Waterford city services. And the drivers just take different routes when they feel like it on 607 bus
-- I h8 Pokémon go, 2024-04-29

### ***** "Simple but reliable"
I don’t understand why this app doesn’t get enough reviews. A reliable app, however you’ll need to add an option to update the email used for login.
