This is an instant classic, and should be an App Store essential. I love everything about this game, especially trying to figure the story. What I think would be cool if there was a clear story, and a customisable Joan. BUT, I bought some guns which I don't like, so could there be a sell button to sell guns you don't like?

The game is loads of fun until you run out of ammo and the game switches you to some useless weapons you don't want to use. I've lost count of how many times I've died trying switch weapons to the one I want. The developers badly need to make weapon switching easier.

MFi controller support would be nice too. 

Overall the game runs well on my iPad Air 2 and never crashes. If you can put up with the annoying weapon switching you should be able to enjoy yourself.

This game is awesome, it's gory, brutal & tonnes of fun! It's gameplay is similar to that of jetpack joyride, but this feels more like the 'grown up' version of that game, which is by no means a complaint! Joan Mad Run has more gameplay variety, and a LOT to upgrade, however I do wish that there would be upgrades for Joan herself (outfits to customise, health upgrades, etc.) as the game can get very intense after the first two bosses! Add that, and then a few more guns and this will be a 5 star game!

The games good, and I'm enjoying it, but the ability to upgrade Joan herself would be nice, mainly the ability to take more hits before dying. Also, I've only hit the first boss, but maybe a quick hint before he attacks me, just something so you don't immediately get wrecked.

This is good. Very good.

It plays well. The controls work well. The pixel art is top quality, surprisingly detailed & smoothly animated. The music really adds to the dark, frenetic atmosphere. Everything harks back to old school, top notch arcade gaming, yet this still feels fresh & up-to-date.
You can tell that a lot of thought, time & care has gone into creating this game to make it highly professional, highly polished & highly playable.
