Full of bugs and poor UI
Great idea to make an app. Would be amazing if it actually worked.
Payments are constantly failing - with multiple cards, either via Apple Pay or with the actual card. Same cards work fine with other retailers.
Error message appears in small font at the top of the screen and disappears after two seconds. Good luck figuring out why you’re still staring at your cart after payment showed as successful just a moment ago.
UI In general is quite poor. Takes time to figure out where essential features are, yet stuff like loyalty or prepaid balance is right in your face. Rather than invent your own conventions and try to squeeze more money out of customers, why not stick to ones users are familiar with.
I like J&J products, but given how frustrating the app is, won’t be ordering much again.

No costumer support at all
Message them and the y never answer or react!
Whenever they give you a free item it’s just a trick to just buy their new items with your own cards.
I was a customer for years but gonna spend my money somewhere they actually care about their customers.

Misbrug
Har oplevet misbrug på mit kort via Joe app i et andet land. Joe er ligeglade og reagerer ikke på henvendelser. Hav ikke dit creditcard tilknyttet denne app.
Rabatkoder virker ikke, og ingen support
Rabatkoder slår ikke igennem og der er ingen hjælp at hente fra udvikleren
Free sandwich (lying)
Bought a sandwich 4 days ago and they say I am entitled to a free sandwich however I can’t activate despite closing down the app numerous times the last 2 days even in the order history it says it is free for next purchase. Staff won’t help me don’t trust them they cheat customers.

Expiring date not correct
The expiring date not correct, and the link in App Store not working so had to write here ..
for the free “gift” cards it keeps saying 1 or 2 days even though it should be 30 days
The app constantly has bugs!
If it’s not the items you can’t buy as promised with loyalty cards, then it’s the payment system that doesn’t work. And the service in the app is really slow. Once they answered within a couple of hours now you have to remind them to get back to you after not hearing back for days.
