I really enjoy using the app. Ordering a juice before I arrive. I also really like that I get rewards for my purchases.

Following the latest Update, the loyalty cards purchased cannot be redeemed in connection with pre-order…
No benefit of using app
I am using app for past so long and uses joe juicr alot but even if i use app which is user friendly but i dnt see any benefits. I need to drink daily to get a cup of coffee after so long. Total waste loyalty program
New app super confusing
The old app was much more user friendly. It’s no longer possible to search for nearest stores, only one suggestion shows up. Beforehand when you ordered something it was in the bottom of the page which was great. Lastly, only using black and white colors during check out makes it difficult to review one’s order. In addition, it’s a shame it requires 30.000+ points to move up to next levels. Takes away all the fun with gamification.
App changed
App changed without my knowledge and the payment menu was also changed. Someone at the shop showed finally how it works, the previous app was more intuitive. Confusing to pay via order and that the “pay” section is not for ordering on the app.
