Åpningstidene på appen samsvarer ikke med butikkene. Kjøpte en sandwich via appen tydeligvis etter stengetid, selv om det ifølge appen var åpent og de tok imot både betaling og bestillingen, men fikk ikke sandwichen. Kundeservice er heller ingen hjelp

I have no idea where this pine code request is coming from siuddenly? I have not used the app in a while. Could not do anything about it. Uninstalled app. What a silly addition/bug that made me unable to order. Cheerio.
Checkout problems
Tried to order and pay but I need a 4 digit code . I have no way in the app I could change the code, so I ended up not getting the discount I supposed to get. This was also the problem last month. Strange thing it has not been fixed.
No help/support and loyalty cards don’t work
Bought the 590DKK loyalty card, did not get the so-called discounts or bonus topping. No support or contact opportunities to ask for assistance
Can't change pincode if you don't remember it
There should be an option for forget pincode. So annoying. Can't pay through app, can't change pin.
Kan ikke få lov at oprette og logge ind
Den siger hele tiden failed atempt. Har slettet og geninstalleret og det virker ikke heller.
