Wow! What a terrible interface

The app simply doesn’t work. Purchased a loyalty card but redemption doesn’t work. Tried through the app and in store with no success. $100 and time wasted

The app has a lot of bugs and barely works. I can’t click through to the next screen most of the time.

Had never used the app before. Tried to order breakfast in the app, took forever to work my way through all the glitches in the app but finally made it to checkout. Waited 30 seconds after submitting Apple Pay and saw a message saying my transaction didn't go through due to some internal error. Was not surprised after all the glitches I had already seen. Picked a different card, same thing happened. 5 minutes later, I get emails that my order went through *twice* and *both* were being made! In the end, only one order showed up, leaving me about $20 short. Emailed over 3 business days ago and still haven't heard back, will give them another 7 days before I dispute the second charge. Definitely do not use this app to order unless you can file a chargeback with your card company. They have a support email address but they will never reply to you no matter what, it’s just a black hole.

I’ve been using this card for 4 years and it’s a buggy mess the entire time. I would literally order twice as much if this app actually worked smoothly. I feel stressed it every time I need to order because of it.

The app works decently, but there’s currently a bug that suggests there was a payment error when placing an order and so I try again, and get the same error. So I change my payment card, and try for the third time. Turns out each order successfully processed and now I’ve been charged 3 times, because the app incorrectly indicated that my order was not placed due to an “error”. On top of all this the customer service is very very poor, they say they try to respond within 24 hours, but I have an open message with them that hasn’t been addressed or even responded to in over a week (despite my frequent follow ups).

App is frustratingly counter intuitive. UX/UI is awful and it took so long to figure out how to actually pay (20 minutes of logins, password changes, and order changes) that it wouldn’t let me order because I was 1 minute late on a “time limited bundle” so I had to start all over because my card didn’t go through until 12:01. So the order was cancelled and locked. removing the prohibited item was difficult and counter intuitive as well. Had to create a second email because my email was unable to be found after signing up, but when id sign up again, the email was in use so i could not login or request a new password… if my GF hadnt requested this, id have given up. 2 stars only because the staff was great.

You don’t get a free juice with app download. Sign out front says “free juice with app download” You have to spend money to get a discount?! I was a fan before.

For some reason the app no longer works. Whenever I open it, it shows a blank white screen

Have had the app before but it got “undownloaded” from my phone after a while. Went to get lunch today and tried to redownload app and got a message that “this product is not available in the US App Store” very confusing.
