App is a scam. They make you scan a QR code and claim you’ll get a product reward but you don’t get anything. Just points which you can’t redeem for anything until you get 10k. Deleted immediately. Nice try

Update: bug was fixed Won’t let me place a delivery order anymore. “Something went wrong”

App is still not working for me. No matter what I do. It worked fine for a few years, but not in the last few months. No one to talk to. Very aggravating.

Try placing an order whilst on the subway - Starbucks easy, Joe and Juice impossible as the map keeps redirecting every second

For some unknown reason, I cannot get the app to verify my account to my phone. I can only order in person. Someone please look into why the app refuses to send me a code. Obviously, I dozens of other apps on my phone and this is the only one buggy

I suggest to not download this app complete scam and I paid 125 aed for nothing

App keeps erroring out during checkout and they never fixed the mandatory tip. ——————————————- App won’t allow making a transaction when custom tip is entered and always defaults to 10% minimum.

They promised a reward if you followed the steps. It never arrived

I’ve been a regular customer at Joe and the juice and using their app. On my app has been saying a long time i am over 10k points and i deserve a signature juice or coffee on the house and i never got anything in my wallet so i could show the employees so therefore this app and earning points from my experience is a total scam.

You’re going to pay a bit more but it’s worth it to get whole and fresh sandwiches
