-- Walther Arms, 2026-04-16

### *---- "Small Window in app"
Too much black space.:’all window and weird keyboard.
-- Data.Guy.219, 2026-03-17

### ***-- "Web site order was garbage. App not much better."
Web site wouldn’t complete order and wouldn’t connect my sides and drink to the meal. I jumped to the app and it was no better, the issues caused me to miss my delivery window and now I’m picking it up. Garbage online ordering.
-- Bounty_Stephejr, 2026-01-29

### *---- "Charged extra $1 at checkout after tax"
I was charged $1 after my total including tax in the app. That’s a rip off!
-- lol steph 04, 2025-12-28

### ***** "Great chicken"
Great food, always excellent service
-- BlckRv3n!, 2025-11-22

### ***** "Jumbo Wings"
Disappointed these aren’t available any longer.
-- Springhill Village, 2025-09-11

### ****- "Add option for same sides"
The app doesn’t allow for multiple of the same sides on an order or sauces and would make it better for sure.
-- Multiple items, 2025-04-17

### ***** "Hot Chicken Saturday"
Always good. We find ourselves drawn to Joella’s when we’re out and about on the weekend. It’s always the big slaw sandwich, tweener level spice, with tenders substituted for the thighs that come standard. The juxtaposition between the spicy chicken and the creamy slaw is delicate and delightful. I tried the pimento ranchero for the first time today, and it predictably tasted like pimento cheese with ranch dressing. I got the macaroni and cheese, which didn’t disappoint. Now I have to waddle around the shops with a food baby while my wife shops.
-- Bourbonbellboy, 2025-03-01

### ***-- "Online ordering not working"
I’m on limited time for my lunch break and wanted Joella’s. Online ordering would not my process my payment, kept getting a message that my CVV was incorrect. I verified CVV and tried 2 other cards to receive the same message. Hope this is fixed soon.
-- Mystique81, 2024-09-13

### ***** "Great Food and Staff"
Food is always great and the staff are friendly and helpful!!
-- Fertilidude, 2024-09-06

### *---- "I am livid"
Forced me to give credit card in consentory fashion that was ambiguous
And may be meeting with my respective bank and attorneys about the unnecessary giving of sensitive informations and consents to bank accounts just to place a reward order for free fried pickles.
Don't contact me unless you're ready to give at least 25 store credit for this unconvinced violation of privacy
-- beckythewench, 2024-07-12

Outstanding!! Best chicken in town!
-- Hodjiewa, 2024-02-04
