Have called and am told to click forgot username to reset it, however the screen goes blank when I click that. Same with forgot password, the screen goes blank. I started a different job and tried to enroll in my new 401k plan.  It just keeps sending me to old plans I am not active with anymore. I have tried calling and even though money is coming out my check every week, nothing has been invested. I am just being sent in circles instead of them adding a new account. They said it would be done for me over the phone and it still has not happened. I would be happy if they sent enrollment access number and contract number so I could enroll myself.
