## Johnnie's Rewards Reviews in United States

### ***** "Love it"
Great app functionality with lots of free goodies and ways to earn points for discounts!
-- Emi1y K, 2026-01-02

### *---- "Incorrect online order"
I ordered two hamburgers and specifically asked for both of them to be cooked to a medium temperature. Both hamburgers were overcooked beyond well done. There was burnt black crusty meat all around the edges. Very very disappointing.
-- trevforev, 2025-08-22

### ***-- "Routine failure"
Conservatively estimated that 95% of the time this app will not open while in the store. The staff is forced to do a work around the app. We do appreciate the discounts and savings Johnnie’s offer. Using the app is infuriating.!!!!
-- Enjoy007, 2025-08-04

### ***-- "10 year Johnnies veteran"
I am a loyal Johnnies fanatic who uses the app frequently. The newest update which forces the user to pick a time and a date is a mess. It will not print the ticket in the restaurant until the time chosen, and you are only given 30 minute intervals. The restaurant couldn’t prepare the order until the time picked, which was 7:30, I ordered at ~7:08

I also strongly disagree with the emphasis on “not using the drive through” with the app. Every fast food business with an app incorporates the drive through with app orders, its almost the entire purpose of the app, streamlining drive through orders and bundling rewards for customers. If I was going to Johnnies with the intent of going inside, I would do just that. Go inside. I would not use the app. I’d wager that the majority of app orders are picked up via drive through at every restaurant with the functionality. (chick fil a, mcdonalds, everywhere else). The rewards are nice, but you have to work for them. I will add that no Johnnies has ever given me trouble about using the drive through as a paying customer, but the app does its best to negate that.

I rest my case. This review reflects my opinion of the Johnnies APP, and not of Johnnies as a restaurant, which is always 5/5.

### ***** "Lots of Rewards!"
This is a true rewards app I get something free weekly.
-- Mrunivrs, 2024-11-23

### *---- "Error"
Returns an “other error” message that never gets resolved. Sad.
-- E=F Flat, 2024-11-10

### *---- "No Apple Pay, must scan debit card"
Big no from me
-- FeverRift, 2024-09-13

### **--- "Keeps logging me out"
I have been quite frustrated with the new app. Every time I open it, it makes me log in but tells me my information is wrong. I then have to change my password via a link in my email. I don’t actually change the password but use the exact same one each time. It then lets me log in with the same credentials I used before. The next time I try to use it, I have to start the process all over again.
-- bowlanh, 2024-03-27

### *---- "Clumsy, slow"
The new app is awful. It’s slow and clumsy. Keeps trying to force you to use thumbprint. Difficulties setting the location.
-- monaleighsa124, 2024-02-25

### ***** "We Love Johnnie’s!"
My dad always gets their Vegetable Beef Soup; I love the Theta Cheeseburger; and we split a regular order of onion rings! Always delicious every time. (Also it seems like every week they drop a new freebie into my Johnnie’s app!)
