Thank you for your advice & putting our minds at rest

My 7 month old puppy had a problem going to the loo in the night and was in a lot of discomfort, I called a Joii vet and the process was very simple. She called me back and checked everything although, of course, it was a little hard using video and having a squirming dog. I didn’t feel at all rushed and it was such a relief to be reassured. It would have cost me over £300 at the local emergency vet. My pet insurance company, Animal Friends, includes this service in our policy. I would highly recommend Joii.

First time using this service as I keep.forgetting about it but fabulous calming advice and prescription sent to me with a follow up for Oscar tomorrow so quick and reassuring.

This app is brilliant, it has so much advice and help about your cat or dog. Also it tell you if you need to go to the vets or not after a series of questions. You can check the symptoms of your dog too. 5/5 app

I connect my Animal Friends policy and am advised this has been successful and my pet has been added. However, no pet details appear and I am continually prompted to add a pet before I can utilise any of the app’s functions. This happens repeatedly with no pet being added, thus rendering the app entirely useless.

Have not had to claim yet but newsletter with lots of information very useful.

I rarely do app reviews but this app is amazing. It’s packed with features and perfect for when you need reassurance or have a problem out of hours. I’ve had video calls on weekends and late evenings that have given me practical advice and guidance in between vet visits, which have been a life saver since my cat developed a rare infection after surgery. I’d recommend this to anyone. I got this service through my insurer and I’d advise anyone looking for insurance to make sure their provider gives access to this app. I wouldn’t be without it now. I’d give it six stars if I could. Thank you Joii!

Wow! A big thankyou to Ryan and the other kind female vet I have just spoke to regarding my dogs eyes! I didn’t know this service was available but they have put my mind at rest and reassured me alongside offering some superb advice. A big thankyou to you both 5 star service for sure :)

I have used the service twice since buying my dogs insurance and am very happy with it. Both times the vet has looked at my dog through the video chat and advised correct treatment. It is a great relief to be able to speak to a qualified vet 24/7 if there is an issue with my precious dog and it is a major reason for renewing with my insurance to keep getting the same support if issues occur. I have had cause to use this recently - I don’t write many reviews but on this occasion I must. Joii service was truly exceptional and the Vet helped considerably within a very short space of time. Well done I am well impressed!
