Joint Electronic Library

This is a really good app if you want to see the title of a J-Pub but not actually read anything from it. I tried multiple links from multiple publications and none of them would open. Can I give a negative star?

I sure hope there was not a single federal tax dollar spent on this app or somebody should call for fraud waste and abuse. You open a document....ok....now you want to go back to the library of documents! There is no way of doing it! Who develops such apps???

This app can only be used once. Once you click on a publication you will never be able to return to a home page. This may have been a good app, but until they fix it you may as well consider it trash wasting space on your iPhone.
