## Join(t)Forces Description
Join(t)Forces is het eerste evidence based blessurepreventie programma van Nederland. Letselpreventie in de vorm van een warming-up en de mogelijkheid om sporters te testen op blessure risico.

Het preventieprogramma en sportzorg managementsysteem zijn zeer toegankelijk en gemakkelijk toepasbaar voor alle sportverenigingen. Het testprogramma met bijbehorende specifieke software is zeer geschikt voor in de (sport)fysiotherapie praktijk. Het programma levert naast de bekende blessurepreventie en sportzorg managementsysteem ook de noodzakelijk informatievoorziening over de zorg op en om het sportveld voor alle betrokkenen.

Het programma is evidence based en kant en klaar om door de Join(t)Forces fysiotherapie praktijken geïmplementeerd te worden bij de sportvereniging. De resultaten zijn veelbelovend. Als je de warming-up goed uitvoert en alert bent op signalen van verhoogd risico op knieletsel, verklein je de kans op knieletsel met maar liefst 50 procent. Voorkomen van blessures in plaats van genezen en bij blessures adequaat handelen.
