However, I am unable to access my free account data online today, and am frequently denied features and subjected to unprecedentedly expensive price-hikes without notice on others. A low volume user now has to pay over £1 per estimate or invoice. Now to access my historical info they want me to subscribe, I understand that they should not be expected to store my data free of charge since they are backtracking on their “always free” model but the only way to do this is to download them individually, I have about 2000 invoices over the last 8 years. Seriously……. Disingenuousness Avoid at all costs Removed the PDF invoice . Nooooooooo This has to be one of the best apps I have ever downloaded... Of any type. Free... No in app purchases. Really flexible... Use regular items and adapt add descriptions. Duplicate invoices for regular work. The list just goes on. -- AnBa830, 2024-07-10 ### *---- "Used to be great - not at £8 a month" Full app was free years ago, then was changed to just 5 invoices a month and features removed unless you paid which was disappointing as an early adopter and often sent feedback on improvements. Now it’s no longer free, they want £8 a month for the cheapest monthly sub. I only send a handful a month, sometimes months go by without sending any invoices. Worst part of joist is the customer is sent a link to download the invoice adding an extra step to cause late payments, it used to send a PDF. So I’ve been having to send myself the link, downloading the invoice and emailing it to the customer. Recently upgraded my Monzo account and pay £5 a month and includes invoicing and is far better than joist. Monzo creates PDF in app and can send it straight from there. I also unsubscribed to emails and keep getting them. Independent occupational therapists struggle to understand private practice have been bowled over etc etc. I cannot rate it highly enough, and any time I have a query a friendly member of staff gets straight back to me. Have not tried the synch to books but I am sure it’s just as good. I am the least technical person I know, cannot manage an excel spreadsheet to save my life (or anyone else’s). This system is soooo straight forward and looks professional. .
