Umorder ako Feb 14, kinansel ng store after ng ilang minuto upon checking sa may bank nag-go thru yung payment!!! Wala pa rin bumabalik!! Nag reach out na ko sa Jollibee at bank ko pero si store raw ang kausapn ko! E nakausap ko yung store wala raw silang narereceive na order ko!!! ANO TO LOKOHAN???? Asan na ang pera ko!!!
I ordered last 10th of Feb and paid via Gcash. My order wasn’t delivered at all. Up until now, it says, “Looking for a rider.” I had to go to the actual store after 2 hours and 30 mins for them to tell me that there was a system glitch as they had never received my order and to just tell me to contact customer service. UP UNTIL NOW, I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND AND MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED YET. NO OPTION TO CANCEL VIA THE APP EITHER! I’M STILL CHASING MY MONEY AFTER ALL OF THE INCONVENIENCE THAT THIS APP BROUGHT ME! NEVER AGAIN! MIND YOU IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS AND MY ISSUE HASN’T BEEN SORTED OUT!
I cannot order, it says that our place doesn’t have any nearby Jollibee store. But we have a Jollibee Branch here in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental. Please fix this.
App has a smooth, end-to-end process!
I love the new Jollibee app. It looks neat - even the pictures in the menu are nicely done. Hope the next update includes the auto-refresh of delivery status because clicking the refresh sometimes causes error in the app. Live notification widget would also be a great improvement.
Ordered Chickenjoy using the Jollibee app, it was a smooth experience. The app was easy to navigate, and delivery status notifications were helpful.
