I have never experienced such bad customer service in this country or anywhere else. This app and the process has been unbelievable and time consuming for nothing the fact I have been in contact with customer service for 2 days with non of my concerns even being  addressed is quite insane! They should shut this  app down because it clear that they can’t provide any service through it.

So I have changed my line because Orange company keeps telling me about this great offer so I did to get Jood 10 which was for 10jd so when I got to charge the credit there was 1Jd fee so I payed it then I was trying to pay for the 10jd offer and it was for 14.50 jd so I was like ok I will do it for the offer and I charged it and it charged my bank, they took the money and the app doesn’t show any credit and I kept chatting with the app but it doesn’t get it because it’s just a machine so I try to make a report and the app suddenly has a problem. I’m trying to have a number to contact them but there isn’t any.
