Extremely difficult to contact customer service when you have problems

Had very bad experience shop by this app. It worked fine until I needed to contact the customer service due to problems with the products. Very frustrating. App was Either frozen or couldn’t copy paste order number. And very difficult to send photos. Btw, the products quality is extremely poor and delivery took 6 months.

Dyre ting for billige kopier

Styr unna. Billige ting av dårlig kvalitet som koster mer enn å kjøpe fra vanlig butikk i Norge. Spar pengene og kjøp fra AliExpress istedenfor. Da sparer du kanskje litt mer. Eller så kjøp det billigst i Norge og man slipper å vente på varen også.

Unhappy about the format

The content of the shop is ok, variety is Good, prices are Good. Its the format i do not like. If i compare to wish or Geek They run full size, horisontal mode. Joom is vertical compact display, also the keyboard compact. I do Prefer the lay out from wish better.
