## Joos Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Terrible"
I had an awful experience with Joos power bank chargers at the Arndale. None of the chargers I tried were working, but they still took my money! The machines don’t seem to be maintained properly, and there’s no clear way to get a refund. Completely unreliable and a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!
-- Zneieosjfneosk, 2025-01-01

### ***** "Quick and easy"
Great service would use again
-- Mazzymooo, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Do not use this service"
Terrible! I returned the power bank and I was charged as if it hadn’t been returned. Talk via chat on the app and was told it hadn’t been returned. Only way I was told to prove it was to go back into town and take a picture of which slot I put in!! Went back into town, stressing that I was now going to be charged and took a pic…then the chat person said. Yes I can see it’s been returned!!! What the hell. Won’t be using this service again. Now I have to calm myself with a coffee and massive doughnut
-- Domain50, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Too much money"
No good
Next time I can’t join to plan, because I return the battery for last two day, the app have pay £30. Why?
-- Too much money no next time, 2024-10-16

### *---- "Dont last very long"
Its a scam
-- Jessyjje, 2024-10-14

### ***** "Expensive"
This is a great service but too expensive. !
-- #Badsellersexposed, 2024-10-06

### ***** "Easy to use"
Easy to use
-- MaigcMAN, 2024-09-19

### ***** "Great Service."
JOOS came in handy when I needed it most at Charing Cross Hospital A&E waiting room in Fulham.

A very useful service, easy instructions to follow on the screen and managed to pay by card and charge my phone whilst I was caught waiting far longer than expected!

Thanks Joos!

### ***** "Super useful service!"
Joos is a fantastic service! At the end of my night Joos saved me, I was running low and was worried I wouldn't be able to get home safe. In comes Joos I rented a power bank, the I had enough charge to get home. I returned the power bank to a local train station the next day. I'm really impressed by their service!

### *---- "Absolute Thieves"
Don’t use this app! I downloaded it while I was at hospital with pneumonia. I rented a charger for just a couple of hours, but it kept cutting out, so I retuned it, following the instructions they gave me. Instead of billing me for the couple of hours I had the device, they charged me for 19 hours use, suggesting that I may not have docked the device properly. When I contacted their customer services, they couldn’t give a hoot!
