Es ist schon kurios, dass es für die älteren Geräte keine App gibt. Ich habe unwissentlich 2021 ein ältes Gerät gekauft.

### *---- "App-Update, seither geht nix mehr!"
Seit die App hübsch gestylt wurde, funktioniert die Verbindung per Bluetooth nur noch jedes dritte mal. Ohne An- und Ausschalten des Endgerätes geht nichts mehr. Extrem nervig, praktisch Schrott.

Die App funktioniert einwandfrei. Nur hat man da noch viele Ideen was noch möglich wäre:
- mehr Farben, die Übergänge in Smooth zeigen ja, dass alle Abstufungen technisch möglich sind 
- mehr Effekte 
- einstellbare Effekte, z.B. Geschwindigkeit 
- Licht abhängig von Musik 
Also: wann gibt es ein Update mit mehr Funktionen?

Habe eine große Joouls 2019 und eine kleine 2021 leider können die beiden zusammen nicht spielen es geht immer nur eine auch die App ist wenn man es genau nimmt auch zu nichts zu gebrauchen…
Weder die Koppelung der beiden Boxen möglich doch kann man über die App Musik ansteuern ….

....dauert ewig bis man eine Verbindung aufgebaut hat, total kompliziert. Gibt bessere Lösungen.

Gestern gekauft und es funktioniert tadellos. App runtergeladen, so dass man die kleine Fernbedienung nicht unbedingt braucht. Wenn alles so bleibt freue ich mich.

### ***-- "ACHTUNG! App nur ab Modellreihe 2020"
Bluetooth verbunden ... App installiert ... keine Verbindung zu den Joouly’s (aus 2019) angezeigt / dies ist leider nicht in jedem Fall erkennbar - daher ACHTUNG(!) beim Kauf: Die Lampen funktionieren dann als bluetooth Gerät auf Basis des Betriebssystems (iOS).

Die App ist (nach Herstellerangabe) ab Modellreihe 2020 nutzbar / Service unterstützt sehr kompetent, um die Probleme zu identifizieren / finaler Check steht noch aus

macht genau das was sie tun soll! brauche die fernbedienung jetzt nicht mehr immer an mir zuhaben, daher total praktisch. außerdem kann man immer den ladestand des akkus einsehen, was sonst gar nicht möglich ist. so weiß ich immer genau wann ich meine joouly wieder aufgeladen werden muss.
