slayyy
Would have love to give this app 5 stars but there are really too many bugs which were yet to be resolved. Even though I have posted on the community, nothing was being done & I felt that for a paying app, these minor bugs shouldnt even be there. Despite setting the font colors for each template, once you edit the entry, all the colors you have preset would not appear under the Journey Tab. Also, you are not allowed to edit existing templates. The only way is to re-create them even if you need to make any minor edits. And if you copy the existing template to create a new 1, all the customisation would be lost. It's actually quite frustrating. Only got the 1-year subscription because it is on discount to try out but unlikely I would renew it.
Easy to use
it’s a good journal app, no doubt about that. however, if you have subscribed to their membership, be aware that you won’t be able to unsubscribe through the app itself. what’s even more confusing is, if you have purchased the iOS features, the “Add-On” screen shows you are “Enrolled to Membership”, but without any “Unsubscribe” button, you might think that the membership is about the iOS features that was purchased separately. nope, it’s about the yearly subscription, which you can only unsubscribe by going to the website. When contact the developers about it, they replied one time then did not respond anymore, especially if ask about refund. apparently there won’t be any refund, as stated in their FAQ on the website. iOS app doesn’t have unsubscribe button, no info about unsubscribe on the app itself… I thought i’m using the iOS app, why is the unsubscribing only handled on the website? Why isn’t this stated properly? It’s a strange tactic isn’t it, and put it on customers to read the FAQ and be responsible for it without any refund. if this is the way the developers want to earn our money, then as users, please be aware about it.
Thanks for always improving the apps. As a very long time users I am happy to see the improvements. There is only one very simple function I think would be very helpful and I have given 2-3 feedback long ago but is not being considered. For searching by Tags, the app lists all the Tags that have been created. Is it possible to include in the list for “no tag”? Because after so many entries over the years, there are entries without assigning a tag and it is helpful to see these entries. Thanks.
Great
Lovely developer. Paid full price for the app because I love it.
Good overall, but lacking tags renaming and batch actions make the app not too convenient. I did try to use for a year, but returning back to more friendly apps.
I’ve enjoyed using Journey so much but for some reason my entires from before June is all gone on the phone app. Please help me with this. I’m not sure if it’s because my subscription is gone ( I was subscribed to it last year and I thought I renewed it but now I’m not so sure? It is a one time payment now? I’m honestly quite confused ). The lost entries on the web app however is seen but on the phone app it’s gone. I love revisiting past entries so I’m hoping you guys could help me out :)
