Zeer fijne app, goede kwaliteit en uitstekende service

Ik vond de app heel gemakkelijk om mijn grote hoeveelheid foto’s (900) in 1 album te plaatsen zonder al te veel werk. Levertijd is matig, maar goed op te volgen en correct weergegeven. Mijn boek bleek bij aankomst licht beschadigd. Hierop kreeg ik van Journi de mogelijkheid om voor een nieuw boek of een korting te kiezen. Ik koos voor een nieuw boek en kreeg dit heel spoedig en uitstekende staat. De hulp van Journi uit en service kan ik niet anders beoordelen dan perfect, heel vriendelijk! Ook wordt de bestelling goed opgevolgd. Ik ben een heel tevreden klant en raad deze makkelijke app met goede kwaliteit van foto boeken dan ook aan! Mijn volgende bestelling plaats ik hier zeker ook! Dikke dank je wel!!

Top quand on n’a pas beaucoup de temps!

J’ai découvert Journi App après avoir déjà testé par mal d’autres applications. Au tout début, je trouvais que la qualité des photos était légèrement de moins bonne que d’autres sites. Les pages sont également plus fines. Mais il y a eu une belle amélioration depuis quelques mois. L appli donne une mise en page automatique qui ajoute et trie les photos par date, ce qui est d’une énorme aide en terme de gain de temps. Les dates sont affichées, et les mises en page sont d’emblée très bien. On peut très facilement modifier le tout, page par page ou pour l’ensemble de l’album. Je n’ai plus envie de changer d’appli, pour ces qualités. Les decos de fond de page ont été étoffés aussi. Je fais souvent de gros albums annuels, avec plus de 1000 photos, et parce que je veux mettre ma touche personnelle sur la mise en page et ajouter des commentaires, j arrive à finaliser en 1h30/2h. Vous pouvez aussi commencer sur le téléphone et continuer sur un autre support (tablette ou ordi), je suis complètement fan!

Avoid Journi at all costs!

I spent €220 on ordering a photo album, hoping to give a special gift for a significant family event. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the album was placed in a cardboard box without any protection against moisture. To my dismay, over half of the photos had bled onto each other. In response, I had to quickly find another provider and immediately emailed evidence of the damage on the day of album delivery. Despite my efforts, Journi categorically refuses a refund, citing their general terms, and offers only a voucher. Unfortunately, the family event has passed, rendering the voucher useless. It's perplexing that a reputable company would send a photo album in a cardboard envelope with no protection. This experience has made me realize I'm not the only one dissatisfied with Journi's service. I should have checked reviews before downloading the app and placing an order. Avoid Journi at all costs!

J ai commander un album pour un anniversaire Je n’ai pas reçu celui ci et en plus impossible de les joindre Je reçois des mails automatique mais impossible de savoir où est passée ma commande , bien sûr déjà payé avec emballage cadeaux 65 euros Première et dernière avec eux

Le livre es arrivé abîmé , De la colle qui dépasse des feuilles Prix très cher

Mooie boeken, slechte verzending.

Mooie en makkelijke app om fotoboeken te maken. Bedrijf is moeilijk bereikbaar en duurt lang voordat ze reageren. Boeken worden met een dun kartonnen envelope verstuurd zonder de hoeken te beschermen.
