## Journo Reviews in United States

### *---- "So Glitchy!"
Every review online gushes about this app. I trusted that.

And yet it’s the glitchiest ever!

The layout is intuitive. Which is great. But published doc is not the same as the one I made. Media has migrated and in some cases, duplicated, edits don’t stick and there are strange artifacts everywhere.

I sent a note to “feedback” (customer service)
and have not heard back. I’m so disappointed.
-- Hypertonicity, 2026-07-07

### *---- "More than disappointed"
I had been using this for years but their tech support has totally failed. First they wouldn’t print to pdf then I couldn’t enter a cover photo but NOW I have weeks of journal and photos that just disappeared! I cannot get this back. Do not buy this.
-- duffy5278, 2026-04-01

### *---- "Viewing Journals on website (by others) is broken and not being fixed"
As of the date I write this, trying to view journals (by others) on the web - across mobile/desktop, on different browsers and operating systems - is broken (giving a 502 error) and has been for two days now. No sign it is being fixed.

This is a sign of a company with nobody at the wheel.

I recommend people abandon this app, which seems no longer to be clearly supported, while you have the chance.
-- daniel347x, 2025-09-18

### *---- "Unable to download as advertised"
Once you are in and pay the feature which I thought was great to download a printed book of my journal will not load. No can do to PDF and says working on it. Not even sure the company exists
-- Cheriend, 2025-07-14

### *---- "Good, but"
There was s no support despite daily emails from Journo. No responds to messages or emails. Like others I’m frustrated that i purchased an expensive six month a subscription. It is a beautiful app and I hoped it would be great journal for a long trip. So far friends haven’t been able to open my journal after I’ve shared it. Save your money.
-- Henrbeach, 2025-03-17

### *---- "Does not work on iPad in landscape!!"
This is an old looking app that only works on an iPad in portrait mode. A lot of people use iPads with a keyboard. I only use apps in landscape mode with an Apple Magic Keyboard. This app was installed a promptly deleted when that was not possible. I’m not going to waste my time with an outdated and poorly designed app.
-- te52402, 2025-03-04

### *---- "Impossible"
Imp impossible to sign in. Many many many rejection errors that stated data entry incorrect with no indication of which of the five lines of data was incorrect nor how to correct it never had the opportunity to even try this app.
-- Patricia1cj, 2025-01-25

### *---- "Or worth y time"
I tried it out and it is not user friendly. Don’t waste your time!
-- Bstrand2k, 2024-05-05

### *---- "Doesn’t work for me"
I gave this try and it doesn’t seem to work for me.

First thing, I’m on my iPad and this app only works in portrait mode, that is usually non starter but I gave it a try.

I just want to upload a few photos as a test to see them show up on a map. I uploaded about a dozen from different dates and locations and never got the map function to work. Everytime I clicked the map icon, I got message saying I needed to add photos (which I did).

I will keep looking for an app to log our travels.
-- PhotoB1ker9977, 2024-03-05

### ***** "Easy and beautiful"
Found this app super easy to use and a great way to document our trip as we went. Love the interface!
