JPass maps parking areas across North America making the search, access and payment of a parking space a quick and stress-free operation. A wide array of digital resources are available at your fingertips. Here is how it works.


- Search and compare all available parking destinations in any other specific location/neighborhood/point of interest in real-time.
View detailed maps and details of parking areas: parking rates, opening hours, occupancy, amenities.
- Select the car park, and get directions straight to your parking destination.
- Tap on your screen to generate a digital ticket and skip queues at the pay station paying with your mobile phone: a quick and frictionless experience!
- If you are a subscriber, you can use JPass to smoothly access the parking garage. Don’t worry about remembering your proximity card!
- Access the parking lot and get your paperless ticket right on your mobile phone.
- Drive into the car park and access with your mobile phone. Now, enjoy the time you saved!

At my university this had been a disaster. It seldom gets cars with passes through the gate. This is so bad, we often have the gate left up!

### *---- "Garbage App, interface doesn’t work!"
As the title says, App interface to scan ticket and prepay or credit in and out access doesn’t work. Classic Bait and Switch as the lot advertises $6 max fee for singular visit, or $10 24hr in and out rate.   

In and out can only be accessed via app, but app will not allow import of ticket or to book new rate / visit at in and out rate.

Tried to sign up with 2 different email and never received an activation email. What a waste of my time! Useless app!!!!

This a most horrible app. It would not let me in the garage to park. It couldn’t locate the garage even tho I reset my location several times. It kept scanning for Houston. I was locked it once. It opened the gate for the person next to me. I paid $19 for this and I had to pay for parking every day. When I saw people scanning the QR code in the garage to buy it, I would stop them and tell them not to get it because of how bad it is.

Can’t even manage credit card input.  Ridiculous.  This applies to both apps.  Should hire real developers.
