this app was easy until your company started making changes. now every time i turn around this app is down or something is not working. i removed app from my phone then redownloaded it and yet i am still not able to buy stamps, send money and even have issues with sending messages.we pay out to much money for you not to keep this app running the right way..i have reported issues with this app way to many times and yet nothing has been done to fix the issue, i have even called customer support which is hard to get ahold of anyone and yet still couldnt get any help..when are you going to fix the issues with this app?

The most annoying thing is the fact that I don’t get app notifications for new messages anymore, it only sends to my email. This has been a problem since March and still hasn’t been fixed smh it’s inconvenient having to constantly check my email. Also when I send money, there is always an error message so I have to keep retrying over and over until the transaction goes through every single time. I don’t understand how we put so much money into an app and it barely works.

Owner should be ashamed of themselves

I have yet to know of anyone that ‘chose’ JPay for communicating with their loved ones. We have no choice because there’s no other options. So we’re forced to keep feeding our money to them while in the meantime the problems people have experienced in the previous reviews (some over 2years or more) still exist currently, contacting customer service has been a waste of time because they don’t have the knowledge to resolve, say they’re not authorized to do anything more, or tell you to contact some else, who also doesn’t know then replying with the repetitive email to follow the steps for troubleshooting, which are provided in the app which we’ve already have tried several times!

Why do I have to search and insktes number in order to login ??? I have messages from years ago that I can no longer access because it simply won’t allow me to login without an inmates number ?!? I just want to read my old messages

Can never send money! Error always pops up say it failed . Very annoying

You can’t speak with anyone when you call, and when you send an email it gets ignored. Horrible service!

For the life of me I cannot understand WHY you would get rid of the email notifications. It makes absolutely no sense. I make a payment or buy stamps it lets me know but not when my loved one sends me a message meaning you have to be constantly checking the app or you are replying extra late. This app was only good for the emails, the rest of the stuff we can actually do online but now we don’t even get notified when we receive the email. What is the point of this app at this point. Makes absolutely no sense. FIX IT!

I am currently trying to find out why my loved one prison doesn’t show up in the system if I’ve done it years ago
