## JPLAY Description
JPLAY is een bekroonde muziekapp voor audiofielen. De app werkt direct met vrijwel elke streamer of netwerk-DAC op de markt. Qobuz, Tidal en lokale bestanden worden gecombineerd in één interface, waarbij elke bibliotheek afzonderlijk toegankelijk blijft.

Belangrijkste functies:
• Prachtige, overzichtelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke app die werkt met vrijwel alle streamers/netwerk-DAC’s – geen core nodig! (UPnP AV/DLNA)
• Speelt muziek af van Qobuz, Tidal en lokale bestanden
• HQPlayer Control API – integreer en bedien HQPlayer rechtstreeks vanuit JPLAY
• Aanzienlijk verbeterde geluidskwaliteit dankzij minimale netwerkbelasting

JPLAY vereist een actief abonnement om toegang te krijgen tot alle functies. Nieuwe gebruikers kunnen gebruikmaken van een gratis proefperiode van 14 dagen, waarna automatisch een jaarabonnement start. Het abonnement wordt jaarlijks automatisch verlengd en kan op elk moment worden geannuleerd vóór de verlengingsdatum.

### ****- "Mooie app en goed geluid"
Ik gebruik Jplay nu al voor het 2e jaar en een lifetime licentie gekocht. De verbetering qua geluid tov de app op zowel mijn Cabasse als Eversolo tov de eigen app is hoorbaar. De app wordt ook regelmatig verbeterd. Ik had een probleem met de Abyss en dan is Marcin snel bereikbaar voor support. Jammer alleen, dat ik voor mijn pc een aparte licentie voor Jplay Femto moet aanschaffen.

### ***-- "Fantastisch geluid, echter enkele issues"
De geluidskwaliteit is top, mijns inziens beter dan Roon. Er zijn echter bij mij een paar onvolkomenheden: - mijn geheugenstick wordt niet goed uitgelezen, er worden veel mappen/albums overgeslagen (met de Lumin app en Roon gaat dat wel goed); ik heb het meerdere keren geprobeerd - de radiostations werken niet (het station komt wel in de wachtrij), terwijl de url’s bij een andere app en in de internetbrowser wel goed werken. Ik heb nu de proefperiode, nog niet zeker of ik ermee door ga. Dat zal dan puur op grond van het geluid zijn. Zonder de issues 5 sterren.
Update: Ik heb toch maar besloten 1 jaar door te gaan, ondanks de genoemde nadelen en bij mij ook nog geen gapless afspeelmogelijkheid. De geluidsverbetering in mijn audioset gaf de doorslag.
